Going from mobile to desktop without a hitch! 3D work is actually possible!

Ever since I got my hands on 3D apps on the iPad I wanted to see how viable it us to use an iPad as part of a real world project. Fast forward a couple of years and I finally made some time to work on a small project that uses both the iPad and a computer to model and render an object.
