Budget 3D Scanners VS Photogrammetry

I wanted to try this out for a long time! For a while now we've been seeing an onslaught of budget scanners coming out every other month or so! They're all promising great scanning results but as we all know marketing is different than reality... So I finally decided to take a plunge and get one of those budget scanners and see if they're actually any good. If you recall from a previous post the scanner I got was the Seal from 3D maker pro.
